WHAT TOOLS DO I NEED TO IMPLEMENT THE EXPERIENCE MAP?

I recommend using the following third-party programs for the creation and delivery of your onboarding, offboarding, and nurturing systems.

  • Mailchimp
  • InDesign
  • Adobe Photoshop

But the reality of it is the Experience Map will give you the formula, and you decide on the format.

 

IS THE EXPERIENCE MAP EASY TO IMPLEMENT?

I work very hard to ensure that everything I put together for you is simple and easy to follow. If you have a firm grasp of getting things done yourself when it comes to your website and online functionalities, you should have no problem making the Experience Map work for you.

 

WHAT IF THE HOW-TO IS A LITTLE TOO ADVANCED FOR ME TO DO IT MYSELF?

There are options! You can hire me to do it all for you (as mentioned above!) or you can hire someone else. Your Experience Map will give you everything you need for a solid online strategy; how you make it happen is up to you.

IS THERE AN AGREEMENT NEEDED FOR THE EXPERIENCE MAP?

Yes. This agreement will be emailed to you once you’ve submitted your request and I feel confident that I can provide you with true value for your adventure brand. Please review this agreement carefully before signing.

 

HOW WILL THIS EXPERIENCE MAP BE DELIVERED?

I want to keep this easy for you. The map will be delivered via email with access to all supportive downloadable documents, right to your inbox. Your intro email will have all the information you need for delivery dates and more.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PUT THE EXPERIENCE MAP INTO ACTION?

Depends on you, really. If you follow the action guide included with your map, you can get it all going within one month. If you hire me to do it, I can have everything up and running (typically) within two weeks.
